Year 6 Transition Packs

Transition packs for Year 6 students are being delivered to Primary schools over the next few days. Inside these packs there are information for transition days, transition evening, social stories and forms that need completing by parents/carers. Please can these be returned to Rumworth before the Year 6 transition days in July.
