World Autism Awareness Day
World Autism Awareness Day is observed annually on 2 April, kicking off a month of action (World Autism Acceptance Month) focused on raising awareness, acceptance, and understanding.
The National Autistic Society (NAS) uses this time to champion autism acceptance, challenge misconceptions, and push for a society that works for autistic people, often emphasizing the "It's How You Show Up" campaign.
