World Champions

5 of our students have been competing in the International World Cheerleading Championships, in Florida USA.

Alexa, Maddie, Isla, Emily & Tegan are members of a team representing England in the “Special Abilities Unified Pom” section. They performed in the Semi Finals on Wednesday 24th April and were successful in getting through to the Final on Thursday 25th April.

We are delighted to confirm that they are now WORLD CHAMPIONS and many students and staff were overjoyed to watch some of our own perform live on the Olympic Channel!

Mrs Stafford (TESAUP Manager) and Mrs Atherton (TESAUP Safeguarding Lead) would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Rumworth for their support.
